About the District Maintenance Manager Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a District Maintenance Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring that all company facilities within the assigned district are maintained to established standards, contributing to operational efficiency and asset longevity.

Role Overview

The District Maintenance Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of maintenance operations across all facilities in their designated area. This involves leading a dedicated maintenance team, implementing directives from regional management, and ensuring strict adherence to company regulations and safety protocols. The role focuses on proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and uphold high standards of facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize maintenance operations for all facilities in the district to ensure compliance with Panda Retail Company standards, achieving operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Lead the maintenance team to implement directives from the Regional Maintenance Manager, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company procedures.
• Design and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities to reduce breakdowns and extend asset lifespan.
• Inspect facility conditions regularly to identify maintenance needs and implement corrective actions, ensuring safe and fully functional stores.
• Manage coordination with contractors and vendors to execute maintenance projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to timelines.
• Provide maintenance performance reports to the Regional Maintenance Manager to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities to protect staff, customers, and assets.
• Optimize maintenance budget and resources to control costs while maintaining high standards of facility upkeep.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant maintenance management role.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance operations and lead a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of maintenance standards, preventive maintenance, and facility management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active on-site management and oversight of various facilities within the assigned district, working closely with both the maintenance team and regional management.
