  • Monitor submission timelines, review cycles, and approval workflows in alignment with PMO governance.
  • Track overdue documents and coordinate necessary follow-ups and escalations.
  • Perform periodic checks and audits to ensure document completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Support archiving, handover, and close-out processes in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Act as the primary document control interface between the PMO, PMCMs, designers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with planning, cost, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment between documents, schedules, and baselines.
  • Support system inductions and procedural briefings for PMCMs and contractors.
  • Maintain comprehensive document registers, logs, and trackers.
  • Prepare regular document status reports and compliance metrics for PMO management.
  • Support ad-hoc client and PMO requests related to document traceability and records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in document control or information management on large infrastructure or construction programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in PMC / PMCM / PMO or client-side environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) platforms, including Aconex, Primavera PCM / Unifier, SharePoint, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) / GCC project environments.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to document integrity.
  • Clear understanding of document control as a PMO governance function, beyond clerical support.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and delivery-focused approach to work.
