About the Opportunity

Knight Frank MENA is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its Project & Development Services Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting an ongoing PMC commission, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of robust document control systems. The role requires a professional to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive document control system for efficient project documentation management.
  • Establish and enforce document control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements, while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and meet quality standards prior to distribution.
  • Oversee document revisions, maintaining a historical record of changes to ensure accessibility to the most current versions.
  • Manage permissions to ensure sensitive information is accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and contractors regarding documentation requirements and updates.
  • Maintain organized records to support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Provide training to project personnel on document control processes and systems to ensure consistent application.
  • Regularly review and enhance document control processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience as a Document Controller. The position requires a professional capable of managing complex documentation workflows and ensuring adherence to established protocols within a project-driven environment.
