DPH Commercial Manager

About the Role

Carrefour Saudi Arabia (Majid Al Futtaim) is seeking a DPH Commercial Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive sales, profitability, and category growth within the DPH (Domestic, Personal, and Home Care) category.

Role Overview

The DPH Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and optimizing product assortment and pricing strategies. The role also includes monitoring category performance and identifying market opportunities to enhance the overall commercial performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DPH category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and annual commercial agreements.
• Analyze category performance and implement action plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Define assortment strategy, product selection, and category segmentation.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives to maximize commercial performance.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure product availability and successful execution.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and commercial reports for management.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
