About Segadty and the Role

Segadty, a prominent brand in Saudi Arabia specializing in carpets, rugs, and outdoor/camping mats, is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's online store and marketplace presence, with the primary objective of driving sales across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the online store on platforms such as Zid or Salla, including product additions, description and image editing, price adjustments, and category management.
• Oversee the brand's presence on marketplaces including Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol, which involves uploading products, updating inventory, and handling orders and customer reviews.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of product data, along with compliance with each platform's policies and listing standards.
• Optimize product listings and content to enhance visibility, ranking, and conversion rates across both the online store and marketplaces.
• Support and execute digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns and paid advertising, to generate traffic and sales.
• Monitor competitors' pricing strategies, offers, and activities across various platforms, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Track daily sales and performance reports, and coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to maintain alignment between listed inventory and actual stock levels.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores on platforms such as Zid or Salla.
• Experience managing marketplace accounts, including Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, or similar platforms.
• A good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and paid advertising principles.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in product data management and listing quality.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, coupled with solid time-management skills.
