Eagle Investments Project Manager

About the Role

Venquis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Investment Accounting & Performance to join a leading investment organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the delivery of strategic projects focused on Investment Accounting and Investment Performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of investment operations, accounting, and performance measurement, coupled with proven experience in managing complex technology implementations and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects related to investment accounting, performance measurement, and investment technology.
• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and integration of investment management platforms, with a preference for experience with Eagle Investment Systems.
• Collaborate with investment operations, finance, technology, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.
• Drive business process improvements across investment accounting, performance reporting, and operational workflows.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Ensure that solutions meet business, operational, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Support system migrations, data integration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects within investment management, asset management, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Investment Accounting and associated operational processes.
• Strong understanding of Investment Performance Measurement, Performance Attribution, and reporting.
• Experience managing complex technology implementations, system enhancements, or transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Desirable Experience

• Hands-on project delivery experience with Eagle Investment Systems (EIS).
• Familiarity with Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance platforms.
• Experience implementing, upgrading, or migrating investment accounting and performance systems.
• Knowledge of private markets, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, or other alternative investments.
• Experience working with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, or investment banks.
• Experience with investment data management and system integrations.
