About the Role

Saudi Services for Electro-Mechanic Works Co. (SSEM) is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in the electrical engineering field. The role focuses on ensuring that all electrical installations and maintenance adhere to required standards and specifications.

Role Context

The Electrical Site Engineer will contribute to project success by overseeing electrical work and collaborating with project teams. This position offers opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to various projects within the company's framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems for projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, utilizing AutoCAD and other design software.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor electrical installations, verifying quality and safety standards, and reporting discrepancies to the project manager.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring electrical work aligns with project goals and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material and equipment procurement, negotiating costs to optimize project budgets while maintaining quality.
• Provide technical support to the construction team, addressing electrical issues during installation to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, including installation manuals, maintenance records, and compliance certifications.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions, contributing technical expertise.
• Assist in developing safety protocols and procedures for electrical work, ensuring team awareness and training.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards for electrical installations.

Work Environment
