About the Role

Elegancia Arabia is seeking an Employee Relations Team Leader to manage and support employee relations activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms. The role involves overseeing employee-related matters within a large organizational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily Employee Relations operations and activities.
  • Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and workplace matters in compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Ensure full adherence to KSA Labor Law and relevant government regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage employee transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, employee relations issues, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract amendments, separations, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR transactions are correctly reflected in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Monitor employee relations cases, preparing reports, dashboards, and recommendations for HR management.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Government Relations, Legal, and other departments to resolve employee-related matters.
  • Lead and mentor Employee Relations team members, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for employee relations processes and HR service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in managing employee-related matters within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
  • Experience with employee services and HR systems.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
