About the Role

Le Meridien is seeking a Housing Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves assisting in the monitoring and resolution of employee relations issues and supporting management with Human Resources functions. The role requires a professional approach to maintaining compliance and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
  • Support management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Inform Human Resources management of any issues related to employee relations.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9s.
  • Assist in the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages accurately.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with others, answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to achieve common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to concerns.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Undertake other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time schedule. The Housing Supervisor will work collaboratively within the Human Resources and management teams, ensuring a supportive and compliant environment for employees.
