About the Apprenticeship

Airbus Defence and Space Saudi Limited is seeking an Engineering Apprentice for System Engineering to join its multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. This internship role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated to gain practical experience in Systems Engineering, Verification and Validation (V&V), Integration, and ITCOMs (Information Technology and Communications).

Role Overview

The Engineering Apprentice will contribute to complex technical projects while developing core engineering competencies. This position offers a structured mentorship and training program, providing exposure to large-scale engineering initiatives within a collaborative and innovative work environment. There is potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Systems Engineering activities, including requirements analysis, system design documentation, and interface management.
• Assist in Verification and Validation processes by helping define test cases, executing tests, and documenting results to ensure system compliance.
• Participate in hardware and software Integration efforts, troubleshooting interoperability issues, and supporting system-level testing.
• Contribute to ITCOMs projects, aiding in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of communication and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and adhere to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an engineering-related field.
