Overview of the Role

FAENA is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals. The Engineering Coordinator will serve as a central point for technical operations at Faena Wadi Safar, ensuring the seamless functionality of all systems, infrastructure, and spaces. This role supports the property’s aesthetic, safety, and operational objectives by coordinating projects, tracking progress, and maintaining operational rhythm in close collaboration with the Director and Manager of Engineering.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical requests to ensure system precision and reliability.
• Support pre-opening projects by tracking timelines, liaising with contractors, and monitoring the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a smooth launch.
• Act as the central communication point between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other departments, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and reporting, utilizing compliance logs and checklists as trusted tools.
• Contribute to the development of technical knowledge, operational understanding, and leadership presence, fostering the growth of Saudi National talent within the engineering division.
• Ensure technical excellence supports FAENA’s guest experience, operational rhythm, and safety standards without compromising the property's artistry or human dimension.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in engineering coordination, facilities management, or technical operations.
• Experience within luxury hospitality or large-scale mixed-use developments is preferred.
