About the Enterprise Account Manager Role

Nutanix is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager for its sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on selling Nutanix products and solutions to the public sector and related entities within the Kingdom, primarily through channel partners. The position requires a commitment to building strong customer and partner relationships, continuous learning, and achieving sales objectives.

Team and Sector Focus

This position is an integral part of the Public Sector Sales team based in Riyadh. The team operates with a strong focus on exceeding expectations, fostering a supportive culture, and promoting a growth mindset. Its mission involves engaging with customers across the health sector and oil and gas industries to drive innovative solutions and establish meaningful relationships. The Enterprise Account Manager will report to the Public Sector Sales Leader, who encourages a collaborative environment with transparent performance metrics.

Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in the technical specifications of Nutanix products and services relevant to Public Sector customers.
• Understand how technology products and solutions address business problems and navigate the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate effectively with internal sales functions and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
• Apply target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
• Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) for sales management and reporting.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
• Articulate the Nutanix value proposition, product features, messaging, and positioning to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience specifically within the public sector.
• Proven track record in outside software sales, including quota carrying, new account acquisition (hunting), and successful closing skills.
• Experience engaging directly with C-Level decision-makers.
• A consistent history of exceeding assigned sales quotas over multiple, continuous years.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned accounts.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with sales functions and across various departments, including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
• Highly organized with deep knowledge of account planning and strategic execution.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required for this role.
