About Halian and the Role

Halian is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of professional experience. The role focuses on providing architectural leadership within large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Architect will operate in a consultative capacity, supporting the design and evolution of digital marketing architectures. This involves diagnosing challenges, identifying opportunities, and developing future-state architectural solutions. A key aspect of the role is the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, including technical teams, marketing professionals, and C-Suite executives.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Provide architectural guidance for large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
• Apply significant hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft, with a focus on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security, and Data Ingress/Egress.
• Diagnose technical challenges and opportunities to formulate future state architectures.
• Communicate complex technical and strategic ideas effectively to various stakeholders, supporting recommendations and points of view.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems, specifically as an Architect, Principal Consultant, or a Marketing/Technical leader.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with particular expertise in using tools like PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio for presentations and diagrams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (*, AEP, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, Workfront).
• Recent experience in building enterprise-level, return-on-investment focused business cases for technology transformations.
• Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications.
• Experience leading a revenue-focused Book of Business, including managing sales pipelines via Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics, conducting scope/contract reviews, and measuring Value Realization.
• Familiarity and practical usage of generative AI solutions.
