Job Description

About the Role

Namaa Partners is seeking an Entry Level Client Relationship Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, suitable for individuals at the beginning of their careers in advisory. The role involves supporting principals across live mandates, contributing directly to engagement work from the initial stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build evidence bases for mandates, including market data, competitor positions, and client portfolio economics, presented concisely for principals.
  • Draft and maintain working documents such as issue notes, interview guides, and board papers, ensuring version control throughout mandates.
  • Attend client interviews and workshops, take relevant notes, and produce concise written summaries on the same day.
  • Prepare numerical data supporting recommendations, including simple models and sensitivity checks, and explain the origin of figures.
  • Manage engagement administration, including action lists, client follow-ups, and records of decisions.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn through practical application rather than observation. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, prioritizing accurate arguments on paper. They should be comfortable adopting a client's vocabulary and asking fundamental questions. Accountability for numerical data and curiosity about institutional behavior are also key traits.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in preparing clear and accurate written documentation.
  • A foundational understanding of financial or market analysis is beneficial.

Work Environment and Development

This role offers exposure to mandates across corporate strategy, growth and market entry, operating model and efficiency, and organization and talent. You will work closely with principals, gaining direct insight into how boards and committees make decisions and how recommendations are tested. The firm's focused approach to engagements ensures broad exposure within its specialized areas. As judgment develops, direct client contact will increase.

Performance Expectations

Within the first six to twelve months, a successful associate will become a trusted resource for principals, consistently delivering accurate research, reliable numbers, and proactive documentation. Success is measured by contributions to actual client decisions and the ability to articulate analysis logic to client teams independently. Clients should recognize your work as dependable.
