About the Role
Baraka Investment is seeking a qualified Executive Projects Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the Direct Manager and ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Role Purpose
The Executive Projects Officer will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of key decisions and directives, as well as managing and overseeing strategic projects. This position involves extensive coordination with various departments to ensure business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of the Direct Manager's decisions and directives.
- Manage and oversee strategic projects and initiatives from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and comprehensive business documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, accurately document discussions, and follow up on action items.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making processes.
- Identify project risks and challenges, recommending appropriate mitigation actions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in project management or a similar capacity.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem identification.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and inter-departmental collaboration.
