Key Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations and drive departmental excellence.
• Develop and manage the departmental team, budget, and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure the consistent delivery of FAENA luxury service standards.
• Partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee on hotel-wide strategy.
• Manage compliance with Saudi regulations and FAENA brand standards.
• Lead pre-opening setup and team development for the culinary department.
• Build cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), guest feedback, and operational performance metrics.
• Develop and execute talent development and succession planning programs.
• Represent the culinary department in Executive Committee meetings.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in culinary leadership, ideally within a luxury hospitality context. The position requires proven capabilities in operational management, team development, and adherence to stringent service and brand standards. Strategic collaboration and a focus on guest experience are essential.
