About the Role

Energi People is seeking an Executive Vice President Data Center for a leading international construction and infrastructure organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading data center construction operations across the Middle East. The role focuses on executive leadership for a portfolio of live and future mission-critical and hyperscale data center developments.

Role Overview

As the Executive Vice President, you will serve as the senior operational leader for the region. This involves overseeing project delivery, business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with executive leadership to drive performance across multiple programs and provide direction to an established leadership team. This role carries significant influence over the growth and success of a major regional business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations for the Middle East business unit.
• Oversee multiple large-scale data center construction programs.
• Provide leadership to senior operational and project delivery teams.
• Drive operational excellence, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support business growth and strategic planning efforts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery across quality, program, safety, and commercial objectives.
• Act as the primary interface between regional operations and corporate leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated major project leadership capabilities.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Experience in leading rapidly expanding regional operations.
• Exposure to large-scale data center developments is preferred.
