About the Role
SkyFive Arabia is seeking an experienced Growth Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing passenger revenue and optimizing product-market fit for inflight connectivity services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical acumen, commercial creativity, and a deep understanding of customer behavior.
Role Objective
The primary objective of this role is to maximize passenger revenue by improving key metrics such as take-up rate, conversion, average price realized, cohort retention, repeat usage, customer satisfaction, and advocacy. This position also plays a crucial role in defining, measuring, and improving product-market fit as the business scales from early adopters to mainstream passenger adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze passenger behavior across various dimensions including routes, countries, travel purpose, and customer segments.
- Develop and refine passenger personas to capture needs, demand patterns, pain points, and willingness to pay.
- Track and analyze the complete passenger journey from awareness through to advocacy.
- Design and execute structured growth experiments focusing on pricing, packaging, onboarding, messaging, bundles, offers, channel mix, and user journeys.
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, pricing studies, and market research to identify adoption barriers and revenue opportunities.
- Analyze cohort behavior to understand drivers of conversion, retention, churn, and repeat purchase.
- Develop segmentation models to prioritize high-value passenger groups, routes, and use cases.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate passenger insights into roadmap priorities.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to enhance funnel efficiency and customer experience.
- Utilize data and AI tools to generate insights and formulate clear recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators such as take-up rate, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Publish regular passenger insight reports and strategic growth recommendations.
- Foster a disciplined test-and-learn culture with rapid feedback loops and measurable commercial outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Growth, Product Management, Consumer Analytics, Customer Insights, Market Research, Strategy Consulting, or a data-driven consumer business.
- Proven ability to translate data and customer insights into measurable growth actions and business outcomes.
- Strong background in cohort analysis, funnel optimization, retention strategy, and experimentation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity.
- Ability to convert complex data into clear commercial insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
Preferred Background
- Experience in inflight connectivity, aviation, telecom, travel, or related infrastructure businesses.
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, customer segmentation, go-to-market design, and digital customer journeys.
- Experience in a startup, early-stage growth business, or transformation environment.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments where product-market fit is still being defined.
Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured quarterly against annual OKRs, including the validation of passenger personas, completion of customer research, execution of growth experiments with measurable improvements, and a continuously improving view of product-market fit. Regular delivery of passenger insight reports, strategic growth recommendations, and executive dashboards will also be key indicators of success.
