About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Growth Marketing Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing and implementing data-driven growth marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, enhance marketing funnel performance, and contribute to the overall business growth objectives for B2B digital products and services. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing.

Core Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with business, product, and customer growth objectives. This includes identifying new growth opportunities across various marketing channels, customer segments, and B2B digital product markets. The role involves planning and managing marketing initiatives specifically designed to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and overall business growth.

Demand Generation and Funnel Optimization

Key activities include designing and executing demand generation campaigns to attract and acquire qualified B2B customers, managing marketing efforts across digital channels (paid, owned, and earned), and collaborating with sales teams to enhance lead quality, funnel progression, and customer conversion rates. The consultant will analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates at each stage of the marketing funnel, from awareness to engagement, and conduct marketing experiments to measure the impact of growth initiatives.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

This role requires diligent monitoring and analysis of marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and key growth indicators (KPIs). The consultant will develop reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and provide actionable business insights. A critical part of the role involves translating data analysis into concrete recommendations aimed at improving marketing performance, return on investment (ROI), and informing strategic decision-making.

Content, Campaigns, and Stakeholder Engagement

The Growth Marketing Consultant will support the development of marketing campaigns, messaging, and content strategies tailored for B2B audiences. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure consistency in marketing communication, positioning, and brand messaging. The role also involves supporting product launches and go-to-market activities through effective marketing plans and campaign execution. Additionally, the consultant will prepare and present high-quality reports, presentations, and executive updates on growth performance, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
