About the Role
HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Growth Operations Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving growth by collaborating across various business functions to enhance the user experience.
Role Overview
The Growth Operations Associate will work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Logistics teams to develop and execute strategies that meet key business objectives. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, launching targeted initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of growth plans across key user moments to achieve business OKRs.
- Identify high-impact opportunities through market research and customer insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
- Assist the Marketing team in planning and rollout of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Drive and facilitate key meeting cadences to manage performance, including weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Collaborate with the Product team to refine entry points that drive growth across user moments.
- Build and refine effective customer segments and develop tailored growth strategies for different user cohorts.
- Support the creation of personalized customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
- Run A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth tactics.
- Analyze key growth metrics (*, Frequency, LTV, CAC, Cost per incremental order) and generate insights.
- Contribute to reporting dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Division’s OKRs, ensuring alignment with other Functions' heads.
- Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction.
- Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for controlled and consistent daily work.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote HungerStation's Values.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or User Lifecycle Management, preferably in a tech company.
- Strong understanding of KSA user behavior and trends.
- Ability to balance quantitative analysis with an understanding of user behavior.
- Experience in SQL and Braze is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
