Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert plays a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position involves taking initiative to provide a range of services that contribute to a positive and seamless interaction, making each transaction feel like an integral part of the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guest service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their meal.
• Clean and maintain work areas, including dining spaces and service supplies.
• Uphold quality standards for food, beverage, and service delivery.
• Ensure a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style, including uniform standards.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and the ability to perform various tasks, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
