F&B Service Expert

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies to uphold hygiene standards.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces. Responsibilities involve reading and visually verifying information, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The position also requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
