Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. This role involves taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals beyond just the food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests professionally.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Ensure transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Manage the menu, including reading and visually verifying information.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related service role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform all job duties effectively and consistently.
