About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.

Operational Duties

The Guest Service Expert is responsible for integrating transactions seamlessly into the overall guest experience. This includes:

• Upholding established quality standards for service.
• Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and attention to detail, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menu details.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
