F&B Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to provide strategic direction for all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction by upholding high standards of quality, service, and marketing within the Food & Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the F&B operational strategy, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee administrative and operational functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs, while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs to drive engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant food and beverage management role.
