Operations Manager F&B

About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - F&B to oversee and manage the daily operations of a food and beverage business. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with strong experience in F&B operations, team management, cost control, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations to ensure smooth business performance.
• Monitor sales, costs, profitability, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and manage F&B teams, including supervisors and outlet staff.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, wastage, and food costs.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulations.
• Support new outlet openings, operational improvements, and business expansion initiatives.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or large F&B operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, inventory management, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Proven experience in team leadership and staff development.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi F&B market and its regulations.
• Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
