Female Taekwondo Coach (Kyrogi) Women’s & Children Programs

About the Role

Above & Beyond Martial Arts is seeking a Taekwondo Kyorugi Coach to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on developing women’s and girls’ Taekwondo programs, catering to both beginners and competitive athletes. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in coaching or as a high-level athlete transitioning into coaching, with a salary range of SAR 4,000–6,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging, and age-appropriate Taekwondo sessions for children, beginners, and adults.
• Develop athletes’ sparring technique, timing, footwork, tactical decision-making, and competition readiness.
• Plan progressive training, physical preparation, and individual athlete-development programs.
• Track progress, provide constructive feedback, and support competition preparation and match analysis.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents to maintain student motivation and commitment.
• Achieve agreed personal-training and student-retention targets, maintain strong athlete engagement, and assist in attracting and enrolling new students.
• Actively promote Above & Beyond through participation in exhibitions, events, school and community activations, training camps, and marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Taekwondo coaching or as a former national-team or international athlete transitioning into coaching.
• Demonstrated technical and tactical expertise in Taekwondo Kyorugi.
• Experience teaching children and beginners.
• A professional and supportive approach to working with children and developing athletes.

Work Location and Compensation

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. International applicants willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. The salary for this full-time role is between SAR 4,000 and SAR 6,000. Further details regarding the employment package will be discussed during the selection process. Appointment is subject to applicable Saudi employment, visa, and coaching-registration requirements.
