Field Inspector (Environment)

About the Role

Dome Arabia Environmental Consulting Company is seeking a Field Inspector to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open to qualified Saudi nationals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Field Inspector supports field inspection, monitoring, and waste management operations. This involves conducting accurate site observations, maintaining clear inspection records, and consistently following up on non-compliance issues and corrective actions. The role requires collaboration with the field supervision team to ensure visit information is current and findings are understandable, reviewable, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned field visits and inspection rounds in accordance with the operating plan and agreed inspection scope.
• Monitor activities during site visits, identify observations and non-compliance cases, and record necessary information for review and follow-up.
• Prepare clear, factual inspection records that differentiate observed conditions, identified issues, and required actions.
• Promptly update visit and inspection data, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and consistent with the latest site findings.
• Report non-compliance cases and matters requiring further review to the field supervisor, providing clear supporting details.
• Follow up on corrective actions, conduct additional checks as needed, and update records to reflect progress and outstanding issues.
• Prepare concise visit summaries highlighting significant findings, recurring observations, and unresolved actions.
• Coordinate with the field supervisor and other inspectors to clarify findings, maintain consistent records, and support operational reporting.
• Maintain organized inspection and follow-up records to ensure observations and corrective actions can be traced to their recorded outcome.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Saudi national.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Dome Arabia Environmental Consulting Company.
