About the Role

BRAVANTIC is seeking a Field Support Technician to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is part of a company with 29 years of experience, focused on leveraging technology for sustainability and well-being, with operations in over five countries. The role supports clients' growth and technological transformation through IT and Information Systems services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of hardware, peripheral, and local connectivity failures that cannot be resolved remotely.
  • Execute physical setups, moves, and additions for Windows workstations, Huawei switches, access points, and VoIP phones.
  • Provide "smart hands" support to senior infrastructure engineers, assisting with physical server swaps, cable patching, and firewall racking.
  • Process work orders using OpenText SMAX, accurately logging travel time, resolutions, and inventory parts utilized.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess 3–4 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, field service, or as an IT technician.
  • Demonstrate strong physical troubleshooting skills for PC hardware.
  • Have basic knowledge of Huawei/Cisco patch panels, Windows OS, and VMware.
  • Hold a valid local driver's license.
  • Exhibit flexibility to travel frequently between project sites.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates holding CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications will be considered favorably.
