The Role: IT Technician

Help AG is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Technician to support on-site IT operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on field activities, assisting with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. The IT Technician will be instrumental in setting up servers and network devices, performing cabling and labeling, and supporting engineers during deployment and testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct location site surveys and document complete device inventories, including device name, IP address, type, OS version, and function.
• Assist with the physical preparation and installation of IT equipment, such as network and server devices, including rack mounting, cabling, power connection, and labeling.
• Perform cabling, labeling, and patch management within designated cabinets.
• Support the installation and basic configuration of IT equipment and security agents under the guidance of IT Engineers.
• Participate in functional testing and help validate site readiness and performance.
• Maintain accurate and consistent documentation for each site.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance standards during site activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in IT support or field operations.
