About the Finance Co-op Trainee Role

Richemont is seeking a Finance Co-op Trainee to join their team in Riyadh. This internship role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in financial information management and analysis. The trainee will contribute to the development of business strategies and tactics by interpreting financial results and appraising outcomes.

Role Overview

The Finance Co-op Trainee will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing essential financial information. This involves interpreting results to support the creation of business strategies and tactics, as well as evaluating their effectiveness. The role requires a foundational understanding of financial processes and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to support business case development and review.
  • Produce accurate reports by collecting and inputting data from various standard sources into specified formats.
  • Perform designated economic research activities using existing systems and protocols to support research programs or other team members.
  • Provide basic financial modeling input for business cases, costs, and schedules to aid business growth initiatives.
  • Extract and combine data to generate standard reports and utilize data management systems to access specific information.
  • Assist in developing and delivering financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and good financial practices.
  • Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, escalating highly complex issues as needed.
  • Develop capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
  • Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, conferences, and specialist media.
  • Provide information and clarification on existing procedures, processes, and precedents.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Post-secondary non-tertiary education is required.
  • Basic experience with simple office and operational systems.
