About the Role

Jobzella is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves analyzing daily financial activities and providing senior management with strategic financial advice and guidance for future plans. The objective is to enable sound business decisions and contribute to the achievement of company objectives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with 5-10 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in the FMCG sector, capable of managing day-to-day financial operations while delivering meaningful financial analysis, forecasts, cash-flow planning, cost optimization, and commercial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information for management, providing recommendations for further actions.
• Advise on investment activities and recommend strategies for the company.
• Maintain the financial health and stability of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual company performance against business plans.
• Develop financial trends, forecasts, and projections for the company.
• Review and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee financial management operations, set objectives and targets, and develop the framework required to achieve them.
• Manage the company’s budgeting process.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate financial controls and monitoring are maintained.
• Work closely with other departments to discuss company plans and agree on future business directions.
• Closely monitor and manage the company’s cash flow.
• Track company commitments, including contracts, points of sale, and supplier payments, to proactively manage cash flow.
• Review inventory levels and supplier orders and develop inventory plans aligned with sales operations and company growth.
• Manage and supervise the Accounting Team in their day-to-day operations.
• Ensure transparency, accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in managing company financial data and provide management with all required financial information.
• Maintain direct, effective, and positive cooperation with external and internal auditors.
• Coordinate effectively with service providers, including software/IT, logistics, HR service providers, and other relevant partners.
• Directly supervise and prepare required financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Visit the company’s offices and warehouses throughout the year to maintain direct communication with operational teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Finance Manager, preferably in a managerial or senior finance role, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in finance roles such as Financial Analyst is considered an advantage.
• Strong FMCG experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage, lead, and guide finance and accounting teams.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of financial trends within the organization and broader market patterns.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using financial and accounting software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Good understanding of applicable financial legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with auditors, suppliers, service providers, and cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active collaboration with various internal departments and external partners, including regular visits to company offices and warehouses to maintain direct communication with operational teams.
