شركة المرزم للتطوير والاستثمار العقاري is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team in Riyadh. This part-time role is responsible for managing accounts, closing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring rental agreements
• Managing collections
• Tracking project costs
• Handling contractor settlements
• Overseeing cash flows
• Managing financing activities
• Preparing tax and zakat declarations
• Managing electronic invoicing processes
• Preparing Value Added Tax returns

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and financial statements

Work Details

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.
