The Role: Financial Analyst

Syarah is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is central to maintaining robust control over the core areas of budgeting, planning, and financial analysis. The analyst will be expected to demonstrate highly structured thinking and organizational skills, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide business partnering and foster deeper understanding across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets utilizing various budgeting techniques, including zero-based and incremental budgeting.
• Develop business unit-wise budgets and forecasts, consolidating them to create the overall organizational budget.
• Monitor, track, and compare financial performance against budgeted figures and industry averages.
• Prepare detailed analyses and scenarios based on management requests.
• Generate comprehensive documentation and analysis as required by related parties.
• Create dashboards and presentations for management reporting.
• Develop trends, appraisals, analysis, and dashboards as requested by management.
• Provide necessary analysis and documentation to fulfill various requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of monthly reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
• Develop ad-hoc financial models to support business unit management in decision-making processes.
• Prepare information packs and communicate periodically to investors.
• Monitor the manpower budget and liaise with the Human Resources department regarding new hirings.
• Prepare scenarios, presentations, and analyses to support long-term, medium-term, and short-term strategic plans.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this Financial Analyst position should possess 8 years of relevant professional experience. The role requires a professional with highly structured thinking, strong organizational capabilities, and a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
