Keeta is seeking a Financial Services Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the company's strategic development within the financial services sector, focusing on market analysis, product innovation, and partnership management.

Role Context and Impact

The Financial Services Manager will play a direct role in shaping new financial service initiatives from their early planning and implementation stages. This position offers broad exposure across strategy, product development, partnerships, and operations, contributing significantly to the company's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi market across payments, fintech, and emerging financial-service models, including providers, product structures, pricing, market share, and regulatory developments, translating this into actionable business insights.
• Identify consumer and merchant needs, evaluate new payment and financial-service opportunities, and develop the business case, operating model, and implementation plan for selected initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal product and technology teams to translate local market requirements into practical product solutions.
• Identify, engage, and manage ecosystem partners, including banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, card networks, and fintech companies, leading evaluation and commercial discussions to establish workable cooperation models.
• Own cross-functional projects end-to-end, from initial research and solution design through pilot implementation to post-launch review.
• Oversee performance tracking across user adoption, conversion, transaction volume, cost, and return on investment, and act on data-driven insights.
• Improve customer journeys, internal processes, and standard operating procedures, including reconciliation routines and the handling of exception cases.
• Work with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all services are designed in adherence to applicable regulatory requirements from the outset.
• Act as a bridge to international and headquarters teams, translating local market realities into actionable terms and platform capabilities into what is workable within the Kingdom.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or a closely related field. A strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and product development within the financial sector is required.

The role involves working within a diverse international team and engaging directly with leading participants in Saudi Arabia's financial services ecosystem. This includes fostering strategic partnerships and navigating complex market relationships to drive business objectives.
