Baseel United is seeking a Fit out Senior Site Engineer to join its execution team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to managing site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects.

Role Summary

The Fit out Senior Site Engineer will lead site execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects. This involves overseeing all site activities to meet project specifications, budget, and schedule requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and site labor to ensure work complies with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Coordinate material delivery, site logistics, and installation processes to meet project timelines.
• Inspect execution quality, resolve technical site issues, and ensure strict compliance with HSE standards.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor work adherence to drawing specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Review materials delivered to the site for conformance with approved samples, materials, and equipment.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 5–7 years of professional site execution experience, with a strong background in Fit-out and Finishing projects. Construction experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Technical & Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Strong ability to coordinate across disciplines (Civil, Architectural, and MEP) on-site.
• Deep understanding of BOQs, shop drawings, finishing details, and material submittals.
• Key Competencies: Strong site leadership, progress reporting, quality monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
