With boutiques across Europe and the Middle East, the house provides attire for important occasions such as galas, weddings, engagements, and private celebrations.

The Opportunity: Flagship Store Manager

As part of a strategic expansion in the Kingdom, our partner is opening a flagship store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Flagship Store Manager to lead this new boutique from its launch. The manager will be responsible for building a high-performing team and establishing the house as a preferred choice for eveningwear among Riyadh's clientele. This full-time role offers an opportunity to shape the brand's presence in a growing luxury market, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.

Role and Responsibilities

The Flagship Store Manager will oversee the full performance of the Riyadh boutique, including sales, clienteling, team management, operations, and brand image. This role requires a commercial leader, client ambassador, and guardian of luxury standards within the Kingdom.

• Commercial Performance: Deliver sales, margin, and KPI targets (conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, sell-through). Analyze business results, act on trends, and build seasonal business plans aligned with key events like Ramadan, Eid, and Riyadh Season.
• Clienteling and VIC Management: Grow a portfolio of VIC and high-net-worth clients through personalized service. Lead private appointments, home visits, trunk shows, and exclusive client events. Oversee made-to-measure, special orders, and alterations. Ensure CRM records are complete and utilized for repeat business.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and develop Fashion Advisors, Stylists, and Operations staff. Set individual targets, provide daily coaching, and conduct performance reviews. Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork, identifying and developing future leaders. Champion the development of Saudi talent in line with Nitaqat and localization goals.
• Operations and Brand Standards: Uphold visual merchandising, service ceremony, and boutique presentation. Manage stock control, replenishment, inventory counts, and shrinkage prevention. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and Saudi labor and retail regulations. Manage store budgets, payroll costs, and operating expenses.
• Market and Brand Ambassadorship: Monitor the competitive landscape and local luxury trends, sharing insights with the head office. Represent the brand at local events and build partnerships with stylists, event planners, and influential clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. In line with Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations for women's eveningwear retail, this role is open to Saudi female nationals.
