Role Overview

The Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring the seamless execution of daily banquet operations and delivering high-quality guest experiences within the hotel's Food and Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through positive interactions and proactive service.
• Plan, organize, and execute various events within F&B outlets, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware adhere to event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Ensure proper breakdown of function rooms and correct storage of all equipment for subsequent events.

Team Leadership and Operational Oversight

This role involves supervising the Food and Beverage team, which includes managing scheduling, providing coaching, and recognizing performance. The Supervisor ensures that all team members are aligned with operational goals and service standards.

Adherence to Standards

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for maintaining compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. This ensures the highest standards of wellbeing for both guests and team members within all operational areas.
