alfanar Group is seeking a Foreman, Mason to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the Sales Technical department, focusing on the execution and oversight of masonry activities.

Role Purpose

The Foreman, Mason leads masons and helpers in all aspects of tile installation, including sample mock-up and professional tile training activities. This role ensures timely delivery, problem-solving, quality adherence, and compliance with business processes within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up with technicians to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Oversee and inspect professional tile installation tasks.
• Plan and guide technicians and helpers to ensure assigned tasks are completed with professional finishing.
• Ensure lead helpers and assistants adhere to work instructions and provide professional guidance.
• Interpret and plan from charts, providing clear explanations to technicians for execution.
• Prepare and execute professional mechanical installation tasks.
• Prepare substrates for installation in a professional manner.
• Conduct and demonstrate installation workshops and techniques.
• Train masons through workshops on tile installation techniques.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times and report any malfunctions or hazards.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating openness to directions and feedback.
• Utilize tools and machinery efficiently to manage costs and time.
• Execute operational activities according to delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
• Implement quality standards for products, processes, and related activities.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree.
• Work Experience: 2 to 4 Years of relevant experience.
