Luma is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative to serve as the creative lead on the ground with major brands and agencies in Riyadh. This full-time role involves translating Luma's model capabilities into practical production workflows for partners. The position requires a senior creative who can shape engagement approaches and consult directly with senior partners, rather than following an established process.

Role Context and Impact

This foundational role sits at the intersection of technology and creative craft, influencing how top creators utilize generative video. The Forward Deployed Creative will produce high-craft work using Luma to demonstrate capabilities and set industry standards. This position is instrumental in defining partner engagement strategies for the region, requiring an individual comfortable with developing and adapting approaches as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with leading brands and creative agencies, providing creative and strategic guidance on generative AI.
• Architect and prototype AI-accelerated production workflows to enhance partner efficiency and storytelling.
• Create high-craft content using Luma to establish benchmarks and develop inspirational case studies.
• Consult with partner leadership, translating technical capabilities into concrete creative and business opportunities.
• Act as an on-the-ground extension for Product, Partnership, and Sales teams, integrating real-world insights into the product roadmap.
• Establish the engagement framework and playbook for the Forward Deployed Creative function within the region.

Initial 90-Day Focus

The first 90 days in this role are structured to ensure comprehensive integration and impact:

1. Days 1–30 — Immerse & Diagnose: Deeply learn Luma's models, engage with priority partners, and analyze their pipelines to identify optimal applications for generative AI.
2. Days 30–60 — Ship & Validate: Develop and implement a real AI-accelerated workflow with a partner, producing a high-craft case study from the collaboration.
3. Days 60–90 — Scale & Systemize: Convert successful workflows into repeatable boards and playbooks for use by other Forward Deployed Creatives and partners.
