About the Role
Boutique Group is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring an exceptional guest experience by managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service. The Front Desk Agent plays a critical part in maintaining the hotel’s reputation through warm and efficient service, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
- Manage room assignments and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring resources are available and preparing for peak times.
- Utilize the OPERA management system for efficient reservation and guest information management.
- Process all guest payments accurately and securely, resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations relevant to front office operations.

Candidate Profile

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Candidates should possess local market experience and an understanding of Middle-Eastern hospitality preferences to effectively serve our diverse guest base.
