Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania is seeking a Gallery Host Front Desk to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to delivering high-quality guest service.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Gallery Host Front Desk operates at the core of the hotel, serving as the primary point of interaction with guests. This role is instrumental in shaping the overall guest experience, requiring a proactive, responsive, and caring approach. The individual in this position will contribute significantly to guest satisfaction through direct engagement and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution to their satisfaction.
• Process guest charges, collect payments, and adhere to all cash handling procedures as required by management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel brand and its various programs.
• Communicate guest comments and concerns effectively to relevant departments and management.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk assistance.
• Possess full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
