About the Role

Ericsson is seeking an Automated Operations Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves coordinating, managing, and executing 1st level proactive and reactive maintenance activities. The primary objective is to ensure continuous service delivery in adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maintain optimal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management.
• Efficiently handle Service and Resource Alarms.
• Monitor the performance of Resources and Services.
• Conduct Security Event Monitoring.
• Identify and document incidents.
• Support investigations related to capacity and performance.
• Track, manage, and report on incident resolution.
• Escalate identified security incidents.
• Initiate Problem Management processes.
• Support preventive maintenance execution for Field Operations.
