About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor FC to join its Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing shift management within Amazon's logistics network, which includes first-mile fulfillment centers, middle-mile sortation centers, or final-mile delivery stations.

Operational Impact

The Fulfillment Center Supervisor plays a critical role in driving daily operations and ensuring the efficient flow of customer orders through every stage of the supply chain. This position requires a proactive approach to managing operational processes and leading a team to achieve service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities within the designated work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high standards of customer service delivery.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in strict adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information consistently to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation dynamically throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to resolve common issues or address needs in key performance areas, such as process area readiness, 5S principles, safety protocols, and training requirements.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, and/or work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Commitment to working 40 hours per week, with availability for overtime as required.
