Operations Supervisor DMK

About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an Operations Supervisor DMK to join their team in Makkah, Mecca. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for motivating a team to meet productivity targets and ensuring operational efficiency in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Daily Operations

The role requires strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. The supervisor will develop expertise in all operational processes, analyze data, and motivate team members while consistently prioritizing the customer in all decision-making.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

This position requires willingness and ability to work weekends and provide overtime support as needed for both AM and PM shifts. Flexibility with scheduling, including night shifts and variable work hours, is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role.
• Ability to motivate teams and track attendance and workflow.
• Capable of identifying and rectifying issues in collaboration with a Shift Manager.
