Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Systems Arabia is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves developing and supporting scalable web, mobile, and backend applications. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on delivering robust APIs, SAP integrations, production support, and end-to-end technical solutions while collaborating closely with customer IT and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support full-stack web applications using **, **, and React.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using *****
• Build and support integrations with SAP systems and external REST APIs.
• Design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across web, mobile, backend, and integration layers.
• Analyze technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective long-term solutions.
• Coordinate directly with customer IT and Business teams to understand requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned development tasks, from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects and enhancements.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability across solutions.
• Develop reusable components, services, and integration patterns following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ongoing deliverables, enhancements, and production deployments.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong backend development experience with *****
• Strong frontend development experience with React and *****
• Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.
• Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integrations and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
• Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture and end-to-end development practices.
• Experience working across frontend, backend, mobile, database, and integration layers.

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of API design, authentication, error handling, logging, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, version control, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Arabic communication skills are mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with customer IT and Business teams.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage assigned tasks independently from development through delivery and support.
