GenAI Solutions Architect BytePlus Chinese Speaker (Third Party Associate)

About the Role

ByteDance is seeking a GenAI Solutions Architect with Chinese language proficiency to join the BytePlus team in Riyadh. This is a contract position for a 12-month temporary assignment, managed by a third-party agency. The role involves developing innovative technologies and products for businesses, with a focus on driving growth through GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Lead enterprise client engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, utilizing technical expertise and business acumen. Activities include demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture design workshops, and Proof of Concept (POC) delivery.
• Collaborate with multiple product teams, articulating clear feature requests to shape the product roadmap in both the short and long term.
• Provide thought leadership, industry knowledge, and deep understanding across various cloud and Machine Learning (ML) products.
• Work closely with product teams to address Product-Market Fit (PMF) gaps and drive the roadmap for product development and iterations.
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is required.

Work Arrangement

This is a 12-month contract assignment. The employer for this role will be a third-party agency, which will manage all contractual terms, including payroll and benefits. While the assignment is with ByteDance, the individual will not be a direct ByteDance employee.
