General Manager Projects Building Automation

About the Role

Honeywell (KSA) is seeking a General Manager- Projects- Building Automation to lead the development and growth of its Building Automation & Projects businesses in the region. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, KSA, and involves autonomous work as a senior member of the leadership team. The General Manager will report directly to the META Projects General Manager.

Role Impact and Objectives

This position holds full management responsibility for diversified lines of business within Building Automation and Projects. The General Manager will be instrumental in achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. The role also involves close engagement with the Integrated team to implement strong processes and enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion customer relationships and cultivate connections across all key accounts.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and suppliers at a senior level.
• Drive customer satisfaction and promptly address and resolve customer escalations.
• Ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered on time.
• Ensure process compliance in accordance with Honeywell Policies.
• Manage the regional P&L for the Building Automation Projects business, delivering on vertical growth in orders, top-line revenue, gross margins, operating income, and fixed costs.
• Focus on building a robust management operating system to establish efficient processes and enhance operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
• Support Offering Management in defining branding and market penetration strategies for the region and enhancing market demand for offerings.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Reporting

This role operates on an onsite work schedule in Riyadh, KSA. The General Manager will communicate and influence key stakeholders across the organization and report directly to the META Projects General Manager.
