General Manager Projects Building Automation (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a General Manager Projects Building Automation to take full management responsibility for the development and growth of Honeywell's Building Automation & Projects businesses in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, KSA, and requires a Saudi National with over 10 years of experience. The General Manager will report directly to the META Projects General Manager and will operate autonomously as a senior member of the leadership team.

Role Impact and Objectives

This position is central to achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. The General Manager will play a key role in the growth and success of Honeywell by engaging closely with the Integrated team to implement robust processes and enhance customer service. The role involves significant influence with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion customer relationships across all key accounts and cultivate senior-level relationships with key accounts and suppliers.
• Drive customer satisfaction, promptly address, and resolve customer escalations.
• Ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered on time.
• Ensure process compliance in accordance with Honeywell Policies.
• Manage the regional P&L for the Building Automation Projects business, focusing on vertical growth in orders, top-line revenue, gross margins, operating income, and fixed costs.
• Build a robust management operating system to establish efficient processes and enhance operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
• Support Offering Management in defining branding and market penetration strategies for the region and enhancing market demand for offerings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in leadership, strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales, or program management.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, either as a Sales Leader or Senior Program Manager.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business.
• Strong financial knowledge including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Working Capital mechanics.
