About the Role

Philips is seeking a General Service Support Graduate to join the Health Systems Services Delivery team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on providing essential support for customers and patients within the healthcare sector.

Team and Collaboration

The Health Systems Services Delivery team in KSA values diversity, ownership, and innovative thinking to enhance service strategies. The team collaborates closely with various functions to ensure optimal customer and patient support, maintaining a continuous improvement approach for high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment in accordance with established quality and installation time standards.
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within scheduled times and to PH quality standards.
• Conduct corrective maintenance, utilizing tier-2 support helpdesk when necessary.
• Submit accurate and timely service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports, and other assigned paperwork.
• Identify customer needs and potential commercial leads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions – PLS) through customer visits, providing feedback and recommendations to management and relevant internal teams.
• Represent PH professionally in addressing customer issues, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior, aligned with PH policy and targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field, graduated post-2025.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, in addition to the local language.
• Demonstrated customer-oriented approach.
• Availability for business trips within KSA, requiring a valid driving license.

Work Arrangement

This is a field-based role, primarily conducted outside of Philips' main facilities, typically at customer or supplier locations, to ensure effective service delivery.
